Travel Guide to Nosara, Costa Rica

Nosara is one of the hot spots places on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. The place is more developed than most of the other places in Costa Rica and has proper roads, big villas, shops, and hotels.
Nosara is known for yoga and surf which is a paradise for people doing one or both of the activities.

I drove to Nosara from Santa Teresa which was a 3 hours drive. It was a beaitugl drive in nature crossing rivers and exploring the wild nature of Costa Rica.
I spent a weekend in Nosara and stayed at the beautiful Bodhi Tree Hotel which is a yoga paradise hotel. They host a lot of yoga retreats there and have their own juice bar making shakes with spirulina, maca, or whatever your yogi soul craves.

The Harmony Hotel is a beautiful hotel in Downtown Nosara where you feel like you are in the middel of nature and jungle.
Go for their breakfast or just have their amazing chocolate chip cookie (yummy)!.
Must dine at Coyol Restaurant in Nosara. This restaurant is the most unique restaurant I have visited in Costa Rica so far. Coyol is located 20 min. drive from Downtown Nosara and its hidden up on a hill. Go for sunset as you will have the most amazing view. And then stay for dinner and have amazing fish or steak. If you eat meat I would highly recommend their meat as its beyond any other meat you will try in Costa Rica.
The place is rustic, simple, and super cool.
Costa Restaurant in Nosara is another nice restaurant. It is located down town where you can stroll around cute stores before dinner.
Costa serves delicious fish dishes. I can highly recommend their fish burger and some white wine.
La Luna is another cool spot I discovered. It is good place to go for breakfast, lunch or sunset. You sit on the beach and enjoy the ocean view while eating Middle Eastern inspired food.
Enjoy your next trip to Nosara!
